    I stay in front of dumbbell rack only when I curl is just the right height to start , but if I see people coming I will move ,and let them pass, normally . The people who really deserve to be jailed are the one that pass really near to you while you’re doing dumbbell bench press

    12% body fat for a man to start a bulk? That seems very low if all you want to do is put on lean mass. I’m at 18% now (based on a DEXA scan). Do I really need to drop another 6% body fat before I can start trying to bulk? That seems kind of extreme.

    I’m a firm believer in what works for ME. Everyone is different and we all respond to muscle stimuli differently. I also believe that variety and in particular attacking the muscle group differently works. Variety can be employed by making changes in your workout on a bi-monthly basis. The biggest mistake a lot of people make is overtraining. I don’t mean too many workouts, I mean training a muscle group too often. Once again , everyone is different, so each of us has to figure out what works. Listen to your body.
